Delivery information
Most items are made to order. Our standard lead time is 6 weeks which
allows 4 weeks for manufacture and two weeks for the delivery to be scheduled
to your area. If our customers can be flexible it helps us to expedite
deliveries to all our customers as efficiently as possible. We always try
to deliver using our own staff in our own liveried vehicles, in this way we can
maximise the service to our customers and minimise the risk of transit damage.
We aim to deliver all orders for ex stock items within 14 days from receipt of
payment.
Delivery Charges UK Mainland
Delivery is charged at £25 per order. For Northern Ireland, Scotland, Isle of Wight & Isle of Man a designated carrier will be used and charged at cost. Please contact us for an accurate quote.
Overseas Deliveries
For delivery anywhere in the world overseas shipping quotes
are available on request. Please provide your address and zip or postal
code. Alternatively, we can deliver to your nominated shipper at no extra
cost.
Damaged/Faulty Goods
Our delivery personnel or carrier will ask you to sign for the
goods confirming that they have been received in good condition. If the
merchandise is damaged or faulty we will replace it at our cost.
Returns Policy
Any item rejected at the time of the delivery will be refunded in full. Also, any item found to be faulty or damaged would be replaced or refunded. Should you be dissatisfied with the goods for any reason other than manufacturing defect and wish to return them, please notify us in within 7 days of receipt. We will make a collection charge plus a restocking charge of 20% (subject to note below)
Delivery access
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that delivery
access is reasonable and practical, that the items ordered will fit through
access ways, e.g. doors, passages, lifts and that there are no obstacles to
hinder delivery. We are unable to effect deliveries where the conditions
would jeopardise the safety of our staff in any way.
